Citizens Bank of Vivian
Citizens Bank of Vivian opened a 1,960 square foot branch office in Shreveport, Louisiana. The new fully bricked bank has 6 1/2 lane drive through with canopy, walk in vault, four offices with five teller counters. This branch compliments the Shreveport area and is appealing to customers. North American Buildings worked closely with Greg Davis, Vice President of Citizens Bank in all phases of construction beginning with placing the facility on the plot plan and creating a traffic flow pattern to designing the interior and final construction of the bank facility. Greg Davis wanted this branch office in Shreveport, LA to maintain the look of their home office in Vivian, LA, North American Buildings designed their facility with that in mind.

Johnson City Federal Credit Union
Don Cowan, CEO of Johnson City Federal Credit Union went looking for a design/build firm for their new branch in Johnson City Tennessee. North American Buildings gave them the service and quality they desired. Johnson City FCU opened a, 4,620 square foot modular bank building with a full service lobby, 3 drive-up lanes, a drive up ATM, night depository and walk in vault. For the first time in their 53 year history, the credit union will be providing full service limited hours on Saturday. Don Cowan and his staff believe providing superior service is the key to the success of the credit union. Johnson City FCU offers a full range of financial services, including home banking, bill payer service, debit and credit cards, free checking, all types of consumer loans including home equity and mortgages.

CornerBank
Steve Hill, Executive Vice President with CornerBank approached North American Buildings to redesign their drive-up branch. North American Buildings designed a new (1,584 SF) modular financial building to replace their out dated facility. North American installed a temporary 14’x66’ modular bank on the site while the demolition of the old facility and construction of the new bank was being completed. The temporary bank building enabled CornerBank to continue operating while North American had their permanent facility constructed. This was a total design build, turn key project which included: design, cost analysis and complete project construction, including a temporary facility.

Eagle Bank
Eagle Bank of Austin, TX recently opened it’s new branch location in Jarrell, TX. Jarrell is an up and coming community North of Austin. This 3,600 square foot modular bank facility was finished on site with the front entrance tower being the focal point. The entire structure was complimented with local quarried Austin Stone. North American Buildings, Inc. designed the facility with the help of Eagle Bank’s executives: Vernon Lemens, Tommy Sladecek and Bill Lemens. Eagle Banks new facility is the premiere financial building in the town of Jarrell.

First Community Bank of America
Ralph Cumbee of First Community Bank of America contacted Louis Thompson of North American Buildings, Inc. looking for a design-build company with quality, speed and service. After a couple meetings to determine the needs of the branch; North American Buildings, Inc. created the blend of local architecture, price and speed the bank was looking for. The building is 3,080 square feet features a 2 lane drive up with a third lane dedicated for an ATM, custom curved wood 3 station teller counter, safety deposit room with 2 coupon booths, 2 large offices, spacious employee lounge and conference room. This project was completed and the bank operating in 10 weeks from the time when North American Buildings arrived on site!
