PLANNING

North American Buildings, Inc. assists our clients to determine their particular space and functional requirements. This could include the viewing of present facilities to determine future needs. The result: a strategy, which establishes our client’s objectives and desires in the design of the modular Bank or Credit Union.

Another aspect of the planning services offered is aiding our clients in determining the suitability of a chosen site. North American Buildings, Inc. can also be valuable in the selection of a site when our client has not already chosen one.

Many of our clients have found great value in our knowledge of suitable building sites, saving both time and money in the long run.

At North American we do not throw together walls and a roof. We work with our clients to create the ambiance the Bank or Credit Union wishes to project to the public. The result is an interior and exterior concept that meets the clients' project requirements while maintaining the image of the bank or credit union.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The design and construction of a facility is a continuous process flowing from one phase to the next. To assure quality and time requirements, North American Buildings is active in the scheduling and management of the modular Bank or Credit Union at the factory. While your building is being manufactured in a controlled factory environment, our project coordinator, or your contractor is busy preparing the selected site, saving you valuable time and money.

Before delivery, the modular buildings are inspected to assure quality and compliance with state, federal and local building codes.

Once the building has been delivered and set at your site, we offer limitless exterior building finishes such as hip roofs, canopies and brick or stone exteriors.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
North American Buildings, Inc. oversees the entire construction process. We work closely with the client until completion of the modular Bank or modular Credit Union. This allows you, the client, to stay focused on your business.

CAD (computer aided design)

North American Buildings Inc. utilizes CAD in all phases of design and planning your permanent or temporary bank.

The advantages of using CAD are numerous. Some of the most important are the ease of modifications during the design phase, the coordination between our consultants and our team and increased accuracy, thus eliminating errors.
