Community and Teachers Federal Credit Union of East Providence, Rhode Island was seeking a facility with a distinctive and upscale look, all within the constraints of a tight budget, and with a chosen site that presented some unique structural and bureaucratic challenges. Working closely with the credit union, North American Modular Buildings developed a building design that met the credit union’s needs for additional space and gave them the image they were looking for. North American Buildings then guided the project through a very complicated approval process, completing a beautiful building and a project delivered on time and within budget.
